He can afflict hallucinations, delusions, catatonia and thought disorders as well as reducing a person's self awareness and self esteem. Additionally, he is able to overload his victim's mind with different disorders, causing that person to lose consciousness. Hugo manifested his ability as a teenager and accidentally affected his mother's mind, possibly contributing to her suicide.
