He is also the current administrator of Thyferra but is known to vanish from the planet for long periods of time. After Dr. Xibril was attacked by unknown assassins in Tefa City he left Thyferra. He returned a just days later and, with the help of the black empire, sacked and looted his own planet. What his connection is with the black empire is still unknown. "Who is Xibril?" The Togruta throws back his head in laughter, "He is the one holding [the] strings of fate!" -Kiyoshi Mikawa, said in answer to Obi-Wan Kenobi at the Jedi Retreat "Jedi are helping /the/ Dr. Ti Xibril?"
