It is the first Anti-Mechon Weapon in the game aside from the Monado, and is Dunban's initial weapon when he rejoins the party after they exit the Ether Mine. It was made for him by Dickson. It is an improved version of the Homs Sabre, having, as with all the Anti-Mechon Weapons, the ability to damage Mechon. Despite its name, the Anti-Mechon Glaive is not really a Glaive due to not being a polearm weapon, but instead appears to be a katana. It cannot be traded for, bought or dropped in chests. It can, however, be sold.
