  • Tom Palmer was a director for Looney Tunes cartoons in 1933. He is the creator of the character Buddy, a character that was meant to replace Bosko after Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising took the character to MGM. He is only credited to two cartoons, one of which was Buddy's debut cartoon, Buddy's Day Out, which originally was made as two separate cartoons. Palmer's two Buddy cartoons were rejected by Warner Bros. Because of this, Leon Schlesinger fired Palmer and called in Friz Freleng to re-edit the two cartoons into one. His character, Buddy, continued to star in Looney Tunes cartoons until 1935, when a new cast of characters was created, including Porky Pig.
  • Tom Palmer is a comic book artist and worked on many Marvel Star Wars comics. His work is included in Luke Skywalker, Last Hope for the Galaxy.
