Willis also presents a Sunday breakfast show on Heart FM with Stephen Mulhern.

In 2011, Willis returned with the revived Big Brother series to present new spin-off series Big Brother's Bit on the Side on Channel 5. Willis also presents a Sunday breakfast show on Heart FM with Stephen Mulhern. On 13 March 2013, it was reported that Willis was in talks to present the main series of Big Brother. On 2 April 2013 it was confirmed by Channel 5 that Willis would be taking over from Brian Dowling the current host of Big Brother, making her the third presenter to front the show in the show's thirteen years on air.
