The vampire Graham, a fan of Mitchell, created the Box Tunnel 20 book. It was created after Mitchell had committed the Box Tunnel 20 murders, and mainly consisted of magazines and newspaper cutouts of reports on the story. The book is later found by Mitchell while rummaging through Graham's personal locker at the hospital, but he does not destroy it. He instead hides it away from the others, only to be later found by Herrick, who shows it to Nina. Afterward, Herrick gives it to Nancy Reid, a police detective working on the case in manner. At this she begins to question Mitchell about his ownership of the book, suspecting him. Mitchell later on reclaims the book and burns it.
