Two versions of the RX150 were produced concurrently. A version with an alder body was sold in Europe in 1994 and 1995. This version with a resoncast body was introduced in 1995 and sold for two years in Japan as well as markets throughout Asia and South America. This RX150 features a resoncast body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a chrome synchronized tremolo bridge and Ibanez pickups. This RX150 was discontinued after 1996.
