- In 2010, Prime met Maurice Moss, the latest octo-champion who holds an amazing record of a perfect score for every game he has played. Prime informed Moss of the secret club 8+ and acted as his guide during his visits there. Moss, now known as his nickname Word, was challenged to a game of Street Countdown by fellow 8+ member, Negative One. Prime warned Moss of the dangers of Street Countdown and how it can get quite cold, but nonetheless Moss accepted Negative One's challenge. With Prime referring the game, the match turned out to be the biggest game in 8+'s history, with 18 letters on the board. Moss eventually defeated Negative One, with his 16 letter word, "overnumerousness".

Immotiles are comparable to giant computers. In addition to breeding huge numbers of motiles, immotiles also give birth to other immotiles, who are initially slaved to their parent but given enough time or distance become independent. Their math is Base 4 rather than base 10. The dominant 'hive' is MorningLightMountain.
- Prime is a derivative of the Merc/Godwars line of MUDs. The code base was an alteration of a bare bones Dystopia, and was written by a developer calling himself "Tetsuru Uzuki". The source code was released in 2004. It is said to be heavily influenced by Symphony of the Night, later known as Divine Anathema in that it was designed to be balanced and competitive. The fight system was very unique, in which combat rounds were decided by comparing the stats of combatants, rather then characters having a base number of attacks or damage. For example, a character four times as fast as you in their speed rating, would have four attacks a round while fighting you, however someone with a similar speed rating would only get one.
