Tolaqua is an ogre of the Abaquan people. Abandoned by his people in his youth (they considered him sickly), he was found and raised by Ishknut. The two have developed a caring father-and-son relationship, although it is tinged by the clear and obvious differences between them. Nonetheless, Tolaqua loves and protects his "father" with great devotion. As for Phrycc and Phracc, Tolaqua would be much happier if they were just gone, but since they serve Ishknut, he does not mind. - From the Time of the Dragon boxed set.
