The LC headquarts resides in international territory in New York City, with further main offices at St.Petersburg. The organization is financed from assessed and voluntary contributions from its member states, and does not have an official language. It holds 2 offices in its head, the General Assembly(which holds all known meetings) and the International Court of Justice.(the main legal settlement of nations) It is heirachable in its nature. Each Country-State is placed in seating by Population, Territory, Economics, and Power.
