Judas pointed out who Jesus was to the Romans by way of a kiss. In this context seems like someone, possibly St Paul the drug dealer in Sweet Payne, got ratted on by one of his friends. It is also possible that this is foreshadowing the events of Stay Positive. In Both Crosses one of the murders Saphire forsees involves a betrayer who she refers to as Judas. The fact that this line is followed with "I guess I knew what was coming. I guess I knew it was coming" in reference to something which sickens the singer paralells Both Crosses.
