- Gurren Lagann is a Gunman formed of two other Gunmen, Gurren (originally named Gunzar) and Lagann. Formed by Kamina's spur of the moment decision to jam Lagann into Gurren's head in hopes of defeating Viral's Enki, the result was one of the most iconic Gunmen of all, proving invaluable in humanity's fight against the Beastmen and later the Anti-Spirals.
- The legendary GIGA-DRILL BREAKER! anime series of awesomeness! Since it is at heart a normal Super Robot Show.... that has a Gainax budget and kicks thing from a scale of one to ten.... to twenty. It's also known for wusses taking 20 levels in bad ass in 3 eps, a 14 year old sniper that looks older (especially in the bust), and drills.... big ones. Kazuma without alter powers.
