In previous versions of Lippies, the hospital was a bad place where Sonic had gone insane, Dr. Lee Thompson worked and Julie-Su visited. In Lippies V.2, testing with test subjects also occured at the hospital. As of Lippies V.5, Boom Town Hospital is a hospital owned by Dr. Lee Thompson where Strider the Lynx had gone insane, but over the years, it became out of control and a very weird place to be full of strange people. Everything in Boom Town is covered in bandages.
