Cigar Man often appears in Bob's cartoons, distinguished by a top hat and a monocle. He often burns people with his cigar (apparently much to his content), as seen in ghosts, doods and colds. Cigar Man usually is the voice of reason in Bob's cartoons, ghostbusting in ghosts but sometimes his advice is less than helpfully, his advice to clean a window with a hammer certainly isn't to smart, indeed it kills the person he's cleaning the window for, or at least makes him unconscious, not the the man wasn't grateful, indeed he found the breeze refreshing.
