Prince Tatsuō Mizuchi (虯竜夫, Mizuchi Tatsuō) is the son of Emperor Senzansho of Toyotama Empire, and the younger brother of Gōkō Mizuchi. As their tales begun, Tatsuō, alongside his brother, becomes the heir of Toyotama Empire and the Mizuchi clan; both whose namesake reveres their fiercefulness and rightful inheritance. However, the young dragon wastes his outstanding talents, spending his time to experience living in luxury and savour these moments delicately, which his father — known as the stern and unnerving Emperor — surprisingly enough accepts thoroughly. While his way of living is protected by his father, the council refuses to accept him as a future ruler: Tatsuō neglects the affairs of the empire and Mizuchi clan.
