Order 99 was a directive for the Separatist Droid Army during the Clone Wars. It was issued during a battle on the planet Bogoa to the B1 battle droid Coppertop by Count Dooku, on the orders of Darth Sidious, who sought to test the battle droid's ability to change allegiances as a precursor to the Grand Army of the Republic's own Order 66.

He called it Order 99 as a symbol of the opposite of Order 66. After the second Death Star was destroyed, he found all surviving storm troopers and returned them to the Republic. He also ordered for him to be cloned and for more clone troopers to be made. Somehow, the Sith went on and recreated Separatists and started making droids again. Han and Leia Solo adopted a Pantoran daughter and named her Olivia. Later on, Han and Leia crashed in a ship accident and died. Olivia went on to be the queen of Naboo. She was given a Roger for a guard. He was her right hand man. She renamed him CaptainR1. She called him "Captain" because he was a captain, "R" for Roger, and "1" because of his number 1 rank. Later, they married and even CaptainR1 went to the rank of a General, he kept his name.
