- Training Grounds is the first world in the first Wonderland game of the series.
- A Training Ground was a large expanse of land set aside by a clan for practicing large-scale military maneuvers. Cities with nearby training grounds tended to be large, with extensive barracks and recreational holdings (sake houses, geisha houses, ...) to accommodate the soldiers.
- The Training Grounds is the name given to the combined barracks and training facility run by the Half-Troll Thugruff, producing only the finest soldiers to serve in the armies of Zharradan Marr. It is located a short distance within the Forest of Spiders and is well-known by those who dwell nearby. During the Trolltooth Wars, when the Chaotics of Balthus Dire razed numerous villages throughout the Moonstone Hills, the survivors fled there in the hopes of sanctuary, since they paid taxes to Marr, but only the most fit were granted entry, leaving the rest to cluster outside and hope for the best.
- The Training Grounds is where Flying classes are taught to first years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry by Madam Hooch. The grounds are flat, short-cut grassy areas and are located near the Herbology greenhouses. It is overlooked by the Training Grounds Tower and the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower. During the 1996–1997 school year, the Hufflepuff Duelling Club held its practices in the Training Grounds. A secret room is located at the grounds.
- The mysterious Training Grounds is the starting area of Norman adventurers in Ragnarok Online. Each new Norman adventurer begins their journey on a small island and crosses a bridge to get to the entrance of the castle. The castle itself is split into two parts as a deep ravine runs through the middle. A bridge connects the two parts, allowing Normans to traverse both parts of the castle. Inside the castle are 3 large halls, all of which are populated by tutors ready to teach the newest generation of adventurers.

- The makeshift training grounds can be found in the small courtyard that is near the abandoned animal cages in Haunting Ground. After Hewie rescues Fiona Belli from Debilitas in her guest room, they explore the courtyard and find a blocked gate that only Hewie can open by crawling through a small hole and moving the wooden crate aside. Here, Fiona can become more familiar with Hewie and train him to follow her commands-such as attacking scarecrows, walking along a ramp, jumping over a fence and fetching a Ball.

Inside the castle are 3 large halls, all of which are populated by tutors ready to teach the newest generation of adventurers. It is not marked anywhere on the world map as adventurers cannot return once they leave the area. Based on the architecture of the castle and the surrounding areas, it can be inferred that it is part of Rune-Midgarts.
- A Training Ground was a large expanse of land set aside by a clan for practicing large-scale military maneuvers. Cities with nearby training grounds tended to be large, with extensive barracks and recreational holdings (sake houses, geisha houses, ...) to accommodate the soldiers.

Here, Fiona can become more familiar with Hewie and train him to follow her commands-such as attacking scarecrows, walking along a ramp, jumping over a fence and fetching a Ball. It is vital to the player to use this area as a means of gaining Hewie's loyalty and helping him become more obedient. This is also good practice before exploring the castle more thoroughly and encountering a Stalker. The origins of the enclosed area are unknown; but it is fairly possible that it was once used for training canine companions at some point in Belli history.
