Things're changin', as you may see from the latest newspost (JUN08-5). Now, before the arguments start about 'they can't do they, how dare they destroy such a prime military RP location!', I'll point out right now that it's not a prime military RP location. There is no one active on it, and the place has been sold. This will be beneficial to the mush in the short and the long-term. In the next week the full IC scope will be revealed, but I'm going to be nice and give you the broad gist of the plans now. Changes are coming. So, lets get to it.

In the next week the full IC scope will be revealed, but I'm going to be nice and give you the broad gist of the plans now. Hancock will be moved to a somewhat central location, ICly. Shuttles will be set up to and from the station to all other planets and Newbies will start on the station. Orgs, ships crews and even individuals will be encouraged to set up offices and the like, bringing their business to the station. To provide RP to military characters onboard the station, an offer will be extended to all militaries to send small contingents of men to the station to work under with the station security to make sure that everything is being conducted in an orderly manner. Hancock itself has a very murky history, and expect to see plots based around this kicking off. One of the daunting things for newbies at the moment is logging onto a game and finding everyone on different planets and not much RP going on. So, it's time to consolidate the playerbase a little, while making it as IC as possible. Things will be set up as soon as possible, with little tidbits of IC information here and there. If anyone is interested in setting up an office of any sort, or joining in as an external contractor, or even a full member of crew (engineering, security, etc), please feel free to mail me. Changes are coming. So, lets get to it.
