The event took place on May 31, 2010 from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The event featured eight professional wrestling matches, five of witch are title matches. The main event featured "007" James Bond defending the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship against Chuck Norris in which Bond was able to retain. Also at the event EMW's Megan Fox defended the EMW Women's Championship against Xena Warrior Princess and fellow EMW roster mate Fath Lehane in an interpromotional triple threat match. The Super Mario Brothers (Mario and Luigi) defended the NIWA World Tag Team Championship against The Warios (Wario and Waluigi). Buttercup put the NIWA World Women's Championship on the line against Joanna Dark and Sonya Blade in a triple threat match. The semi-main event saw Terrell Owens defend the NIWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship against "Mr. WrestleMania" JTH.
