Toujou is the monstrous leader of the Touhoushinki, leaders of Ishiyama High school. Notorious around the area, Toujou is known as a demon in his own respect, casually taking down groups of skilled fighters at a time. Originally integrated into the plot by becoming the new host for Baby Beel, Toujou is an easily recognizable behemoth among the other high-school students. Toujou holds school as little importance, hence rarely seen until later down the plot in Beelzebub , valuing money and jobs over education, he is rarely present for class, even shown leaving class to go to work.
