- De Mining helmet is een helm die gedropt wordt door Cave Goblin Miners van level 11 of die gekocht wordt aan het stalletje van Miltog in Dorgesh-Kaan. Ook is het vaak een beloning van het bestelen van chests in Dorgesh-Kaan. Mistag geeft er ook eentje weg als je hem zijn Goblin Brooch geeft (opgelet: dit kan maar één keer!). Om de helm te kunnen krijgen moeten de spelers de Lost tribe quest, maar om te kunnen dragen is dit niet zo. De helm is erg handig om naar plaatsen te gaan waar een lichtbron nodig is, omdat je het op je hoofd draagt en zo een inventory plaats meer hebt. Ook kan de helm niet uitdoven, zoals een torch, waardoor een tinderbox niet nodig is. Om de Mining helmet te kunnen aansteken, is 65 Firemaking vereist.
