Synopsis
  • He arrives in the guise of a deliveryman, but the man attempts to escape out the back. Oliver corners him on the roof as Green Arrow, offering some whisky as truce. Despite being allowed to ask questions, Oliver gets few straightforward answers from the man. He seems to be haunted by death. When Oliver noticed a picture of the man with a woman, the man becomes enraged and throws him out. Oliver leaves him with an invitation to talk again.
  • While Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance are on a date at a jazz club, three thugs force there way in and attempt to rob the place. But, as Oliver distracts one of them by throwing an ashtray in his face, one of the other patrons of the club shoots every one of the thugs in the head.
  • Lt. Cameron questions Oliver and Dinah, but Oliver is strangely cavalier, going so far as to jokingly give the police sketch artist a description of Richard Nixon. When Dinah asks him why he was so difficult, Oliver explains that he wants both sides of the story, and plans to use a matchbook he found at the scene to find the vigilante's hotel.
  • As Oliver leaves the building, two men enter, and moments later the man's hotel room explodes.
Notes
