(Star Trek: Lambda Paz, "Revenge a Dish Best Served Cold") Her duties largely involved delegating and prioritizing the ship's repair and maintenance needs. She often clashed with Erhlich Tarlazzi over his failure to observe safety protocols, as well as conducting repairs without consulting her or senior chief engineer Charles H. Logan. Despite continuous differences of opinion, sh'Aqba was sexually attracted to Tarlazzi, but felt acting on that attraction was inappropriate with an immediate subordinate.
