abstract	Ensign Goris misch Rev was a Tellarite Starfleet officer who served as beta-shift operations manager on the USS Lambda Paz during the Dominion War. He was often referred to as M'Rev, a melding of his middle and last name. M'Rev had a keen knowledge of subspace and temporal physics. He designed an early warning system for the "Death stars" by calibrating the sensors to detect a specific instability in the space-time continuum. He had also determined that the "Death stars" traveled through time using the principles of folded-space transport and that they were yanked back to their native time period after a very short duration. (Star Trek: Lambda Paz: " The Tides of War, Part 1") Though, often short-tempered M'Rev did not always agree with the Tellartie cultural idiosyncrasies of arguing for sporting purposes making a point not to behave in manners considered rude by the standards of other humanoids. He was usually rude and insulting only around his closest of friends, including his former Maquis colleague, Manuel Amaros. (Star Trek: Lambda Paz: "True Lies")
