The Peterbilt Conventional Tractor Cab is one of several variations of the 1981 Peterbilt casting. Conventional indicates that the engine is in front of the cab, as opposed to the cab-over-engine design in which the engine is beneath the cab. An example of the COE design (by Kenworth, another truck manufacturer) is the Kenworth Aerodyne (COE).
