abstract
  • "Velvet smooth of manner...diamond keen of wit...steel-strong of body...Zoro, the Mystery Man, strolls non-chalantly through life, seeking dangerous adventure wherever he can find it, overthrowing evil wherever it exists, and always keeping his identity a baffling, mysterious secret." Zoro was a man who tried to satisfy his thirst for adventure, by taking on injustice. Eventually, his services were sought out by those in need of help. Most of his adventures seemed to take place on the East Coast of the United States, but others took him around the world. At one point, he even saved the Dali Lama. Zoro was extremely athletic and a master of personal combat, willing to kill his enemies. Though he did not carry a gun, he frequently disarmed his enemies and took their weapons. He did carry a cane, with a concealed sword. Although he never smoked, he also carried what appeared to be cigarettes, but which were actually small tongue-triggered guns. He had other clever devices as well, and was usually accompanied by his loyal and ferocious pet cheetah, which he called...well, Cheetah. He was considered dashing and handsome by women, and based on his resources, it is likely that he was wealthy.
