However, the staff seems to have just turned them into scrap so, as Sonic speeds off, a hidden Trooper summons Cam and Bert, members of B.A.R.F.. Despite being annoyed by Sonic's rampant destruction, Cam and Bert leap into action, taking the Barfmobile to Green Hill. Wielding Bert's No.3 Hammer, the pair soon arrive, sending the Trooper off before getting to work. Using her portable, Cam soon realises that the Badnik remains have been affected by a Nicenik virus. After some hard work, the Moto Bugs are drained of their virus, repaired and sent on their way. Unfortunately, a breathless Trooper arrives and informs them that two Niceniks escaped. Furious, Bert gets ready to unleash his No.1 Hammer on the stupid robot. After tearing the Trooper to pieces and rearranging them into an odd piece of art work, B.A.R.F. return to the Barfmobile to track down the Niceniks. Later, Cam reveals they can weed out the nice Badniks from the real ones with the Triple-S, a balloon with Sonic's face that acts as a target for the programmed Moto Bugs. When the gathered Badniks attack the balloon, they realise there are no Niceniks here and move on. Elsewhere, the Niceniks are busy sniffing flowers, having already seen 982 perfect ones today. Unfortunately, a real Moto Bug comes along and ruins a patch of daisies, enraging them. "Bim and Bom" team up to smash the villain, leaving the confused Badnik dishevelled. Some time later, Bert is miffed that he's had to blow the Triple-S up over 200 times, wanting Cam to have a go. Touching down on some flowers, they soon find the Niceniks when they attack the engineers for damaging plantlife. Cam ducks under the oncoming Niceniks, leaving one to crash into the Barfmobile and the other into Bert's No.1 Hammer. The damaged Bugs escape, Cam and Bert running after them. Although Bert gets distracted by the Zone's loops, they eventually catch up to the hiding Niceniks at the bottom of the cliff, jumping on them and completely smashing them to pieces. Thousands of pieces litter the grass, so Bert gets to work creating a new Badnik and crams the two freed organic batteries in one shell. Relieved that they've finally solved the Nicenik problem, the villains fly off... unaware that they've left behind a Moto Bug sniffing a flower...
