i don't really thik you should be running synchro monsters in a machina deck. Power Tool Dragon isn't a very good card anyway. if you want to run Power Tool in a deck, i think the most suitable is the morphtronics, but even then the deck will be a fun one. if you want to run dragon synchros in a machina deck, i would recomend you to run 2 stardust dragons and 1 black rose dragon.
