Delacroix was apparently the name of a noted winemaker in the 24th century. Jean-Luc Picard enjoyed a glass of Pinot Noir from a rare Delacroix vintage during a visit to The Captain's Table. (TNG - Enterprise Logs short story: "The Captain and the King") There is, as of this writing, no real-world vintner named Delacroix.
