Beyond the Trailer Park originated as an unofficial spin-off from the original Atheists on Air video-podcast. AoA was a popular podcast hosted by Cash and Professor Stephen, a redneck and chemist from North Carolina. When Cash became unable to continue doing AoA, some fans from their regular live chat decided that they could't let the essence of the show die out. Currently the show airs live on YouTube and Spreaker Monday nights at 7:30pm EDT. The show can also be found on iTunes, Stitcher and Nobex.

  • Beyond the Trailer Park originated as an unofficial spin-off from the original Atheists on Air video-podcast. AoA was a popular podcast hosted by Cash and Professor Stephen, a redneck and chemist from North Carolina. When Cash became unable to continue doing AoA, some fans from their regular live chat decided that they could't let the essence of the show die out. To that end, Heretic Woman (Deborah McTaggart), Dune (Beth Hambridge) and their good friend Dave Foda debuted the first live hangout on October 20, 2014. Dave remains a valued friend of the show but he wasn't looking for a regular gig. He has been a guest on the show more than anyone else however and often contributes to special episodes. Currently, Beth (Pennsylvania) and Deborah (Ontario, Canada) are joined by Morgan Stringer (Mississippi) and Tracey Richardson, aka "The Godless Mama". (Maine) They discuss all manner of secular topics from politics, cults, apologetics, philosophy, podcasters, YouTubers, authors and activists. They like to think of it as an "organic" show, letting the discussion go wherever it ends up, hoping to learn a few things on the way. Notable guests include David Silvernan, Hemant Mehta, Shelley Segal, Ali Rizvi, Armin Navabi, and Steve McRae. (Well, he's notable here at least!) Currently the show airs live on YouTube and Spreaker Monday nights at 7:30pm EDT. The show can also be found on iTunes, Stitcher and Nobex.
