  • Healing weave with a range of approximately 6-22 HPs. Syntax: channel 'cure light wounds'
  • If this power is used on a character with a positive number of hit points (HP), the character regains hit points equal to their healing surge value. If this power is used on a character who is unconscious/with a negative number of hit points, the character stabilizes (HP returning to zero) immediately (no check), then regains hit points equal to their healing surge value. This power does not require either the healer, nor the character being healed, to spend a healing surge.

  • Cure Light Wounds is a clerical healing spell in ADOM. It allows the caster to restore hit points in target being in his/her immediate vicinity. Cure Light Wounds is ultimately the most efficient healing spell in the game. Its base effect is almost non-existent, restoring from 2 to 9 hit points. However, as all other healing spells, increasing proficiency with the spell by 1 level will allow to restore 1 additional hit point. Theoretically, with enormously trained spell its base healing effect becomes insignificant which, combined with incredibly low cost of Cure Light Wounds, makes it superior in restored amount HP per 1 PP spent ratio.
