Here's a way to meditate: 1)Pretend you don't have a mouth and believe it. This will help clear your mind. 2)Close your eyes. 3)Brethe in, thinking the word "sleep" to yourself, exhale thinking "deep sleep" to yourself. This will make you sleepy. Repeat several times as you merely observe your breathing. Do not control it. Let your body take over. 4)After you are feeling tired, think to yourself "At the count of five I will be in a deep meditative hypnotic state." Then count to five in your head. You may reach your goal before getting to five.

You will know when it is time to stop. 6)After exiting this state, you may be surprised to find that your outlook on problems in your life has changed. The power of the mind can overcome anything and sometimes it's even necessary for the mind to overcome itself. You can experiment with different techniques as well, find out what works best for you.
