As a result, as a child she was born slow to grow. She did not cry or fuss, or act as babies typically do, and her quiet behavior would continue in to adulthood where she grew to be a sweet yet simple-minded woman, rarely if ever speaking more than a word or two at most. Despite being referred to as a feeble-minded woman and a lackwit, she is in fact an artistic savant. She has the curious and impressive ability to take a piece of coal, chalk, or pencil, and sketch and draw beautifully elaborate and detailed artworks of things she has seen with even a brief glance before, recreating images ranging from landscapes, to simple objects, to people in striking detail. Her "hidden talent" of sorts, however, has remained hidden for the longest time, Lady Wayla being known in White Harbor to tend to her own affairs, along with her cat, Bites.
