Petrodes was a character on Xena: Warrior Princess. He was a convicted criminal that was being sent away to work as a slave on a Diamond Mine. When he was a child, his brother, Damon, drowned during a game of ball they were playing. Ever since then, Petrodes had a fear of water, as he blamed himself for his brother's death. This fear did not come in handy when the ship that he was travelling on to the Diamond Mine was hit by a tidal wave, causing the ship to be submerged. He was teased by fellow criminal Macon, who called him "Petrified". He tried to kill Macon, but was stopped by Xena.
