Clarence B. "Herschie" Herschberger (July 24, 1876 – December 14, 1936) was an American football fullback, punter and placekicker. He played for the University of Chicago from 1896–1898 and became the first western player to be selected as a first-team All-American in 1898. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1970.
