Gerda Morton (née Jonsson; 11 January 1890—29 January 2000) was a Swedish-American verified supercentenarian. She was born as Gerda Jonsson in Osby, Skåne. She emigrated to United States in 1904, when she came to live with family members in Chicago. She married a Swedish man named Arvid Morton in 1916. The year after, Gerda gave birth to twin girls. One of them died in a flu epidemic. Gerda became a widow in 1961 and subsequently moved to Milwaukee to live with her daughter. Gerda died on 29 January 2000 at the age of 110 years, 18 days.
