Keep in mind that each building in the Estate unlocks at certain levels and have different requirements before they can be constructed or upgraded. Additionally each neighborhood you build (First Neighborhood, Greenwich Village and/or Brooklyn) has its own estate. All of the estates you build in the different neighborhoods will have a different artistic appearance but they function the same.
