- Tech Support is a GDI support power that appears in Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight. When used, it drops a heroic Engineer at the target location. The Engineer does not take up Command Points, but cannot be used to capture structures and TCN Nodes. The Engineer is automatically decommissioned after a period of time.

| - Thanks. We need to make sure that Fuse's army cannot damage the Gravity Decelerator, or the tree house will crash to the ground. You did me a big favor.
- Good work getting that Gravity Decelerator. Fuse wants to bring down the tree house, but with kids like you around, he won't get the chance!
- If our Gravity Decelerator ever went bad, we'd be in real trouble. We use it to keep the tree house afloat. How about asking Mandark for an extra one?
- Thanks. here is your new Gravity Decelerator. Tell the Kids Next Door not to tamper with things that they cannot hope to comprehend. It takes a true genius to do this kind of work.
- Deliver the Protocore to Mandark so he can give you a spare Gravity Decelerator. You're doing great!
- Mandark wants you to go into the infected zone near his house to collect a Protocore. Be careful! The area is infested with Fuse goo.
- Nice work. Now that Mandark gave you the Gravity Decelerator, bring it to me.
- Great job! That Mandark is a weirdo, but he sure is smart. Bring that Gravity Decelerator back here to Sector V, okay?
- Ha ha! You've done it. Bring the Protocore back to me.
- Yes, I will give you a Mandark Industries Gavity Decelerator. But you will need to recover a Protocore from the infected zone behind my lab if you want it to have any power. Ha ha ha!
- The Gravity Decelerators that we use to power the tree house's floatation device are manufactured by Mandark Industries. Fuse is trying to sabotage them and we can't be caught without one. Go to Genius Grove and ask Mandark if he'll give us a spare.

One of the tricks to achieve this is to show that the support guy or girl knows even less about the product leave alone about your problem. A good starting point is to demonstrate complete unawareness on which problems are possible, which products they may need to support, which company do they belong and how at the end have they got into this planet, immediately forced to talk with some horrible local creature, you. The best known support phrases, common in software community, are RTFM (Read The Friendly Manual) and STFW (Search The Friendly Web)[1]. Big companies that sell expensive products have they own ways just to tell you just the same in a more verbose way.
