Mohuurk was a male Umdal economist from Vall`to. Born to parents sent there as part of the government of the Tetrarchy of Mezlagob, Mohuurk remained on the planet with his family following the Great Liberation. Advised by his parents not to consider a military career (as they did not want him defending the Empire which had conquered their employer), Mohuurk instead developed an early interest in mathematics.

  • Mohuurk was a male Umdal economist from Vall`to. As his studies continued, the Umdal focused his interest from general mathematics to finance. He took a job with the Vall`to Sector Bank, working his way up over decades from an accounting advisor to a planetary director. During that time he served as aide to one of the members of the Bank's Board of Directors; in 144 ABY, Mohuurk was invited to join that body himself. As a Director, Mohuurk wrote several opinion pieces debating Laatl economist Zena Cyone over the appropriate use of government and government-leaning resources in financing exploration and expansion of the Golden Empire. Both Cyone and other economists considered him emblematic of more conservative financial attitudes. When she formed the Sovereign's Council in 151 ABY, Queen Rin Sakaros sought out financial experts to form part of the group. Though her staff carefully vetted every Director of the Bank, she finally settled on Mohuurk and invited him to join the group.
