Leaving a party, Captain Seagoon discovers the body of a German soldier has washed ahore. In the German's boot is a roll of microfilm which turns out to contain plans of a new superweapon. The plans are taken to Woolwich Arsenal so the weapon can be built. When completed, it turns out to be a barrel organ.
