Sally Allen is an eight-year-old girl who was saved from a 1984 Suefic by Agents July and Library. Like her brother Jason, Sally was not described beyond her age, and as a result is rather pale and vague-looking. However, since she is still young, she is able to gain a distinct personality and appearance through being in the Nursery and sessions in FicPsych. While Sally was raised by the Mary Sue in the fic, she was old enough that she was not exposed to the Sue's Aura of Smooth as much as her brother was.

While Sally was raised by the Mary Sue in the fic, she was old enough that she was not exposed to the Sue's Aura of Smooth as much as her brother was. Unlike her brother, who has ended up with July as his legal guardian, Sally so far is a ward of the PPC. Around Christmas of 2009, July deputized Sally and her friend Shauna Yaive, as well as Kent Devilbird, as agents under what were admitted to be "dubious pretenses" to watch Cody. It's not yet known if the Flowers actually did anything to dispute this recruitment or if they even know about it.
