McCall's 7422; ©1964; Helen Lee - Child's Jumper and Blouse. Front buttoned jumper with panel seaming at back and front, and back buttoned blouse with long set-in sleeves. Upper part of lined jumper is faced; button trimmed, faced patch pockets extend beyond side seams. Blouse has two-piece bias collar which may have corded piping or lace edging in facing seams. When piping is used, sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands. When lace edging is used, it is also sewn to lower edge of sleeves and elastic is sewn underneath sleeves at wrists, forming ruffles.
