Cardinal Janis Pujats, the Archbishop of Riga, Latvia, is a holy man of God and a real It-Getter. He has quite truthily proclaimed that homosexuality is a form of prostitution, and has recently called upon all right-minded Latvians to protest the upcoming so-called homosinual "pride" parade in Latvonia. Says Pujats: "If there are 1,000 sexually crazy people acting foolishly in the square of Pride, then the people's march in Riga should have at least 40,000 or 50,000. That proportion would give the government and public thought enough reason to leave sexual perversion outside the law."

Finally, someone is calling for the proper measures for dealing with the gays: intimidation by force of mass demonstration against their very existence. Wow, if only someone had thought of that over here in America!
