Every year until 2013 (except for 2010), Club Penguin has had an Easter Egg Hunt usually during the weekend that Easter actually takes place. A new, usually famous, penguin hides them. There are eight eggs in each hunt, which a player needs to find in rooms all over the island and they are usually blended in with their surroundings so you have to keep an open eye out. When a player collects all the eggs, they can claim Bunny Ears, each year in another color. In 2011, instead of bunny ears, players could get a Player Card background.
