As Bakugakure is not one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, and it was created after the biggest shinobi war of all time, it possesses no Kage, but a leader, who serves as the political head and the head of all the organizations inside the village. Unlike the normal village, Bakugakure is actually not a locale where people live. The "village" is entirely a great military force that specializes in the use of explosives and fireworks to attack or divert the enemy.

  • As Bakugakure is not one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, and it was created after the biggest shinobi war of all time, it possesses no Kage, but a leader, who serves as the political head and the head of all the organizations inside the village. Unlike the normal village, Bakugakure is actually not a locale where people live. The "village" is entirely a great military force that specializes in the use of explosives and fireworks to attack or divert the enemy. Bakugakure is a giant castle, made out of wood planks, with a bit sloppy appearance. The moving castle appears from the outside as a tall, off-balanced, black-brick castle with four square towers. On the castle's top is located the leader's headquarters and on the sides, small houses where the military forces live. It also has a hodgepodge of mechanics, and even cannon stations that form a what appears to be a walking mechanical creature with chicken-like legs and a huge, frog-like face.
