The colonies expand, Neu Antwerp 750 sq km, Brasilea 750 sq km and Guiane 500 sq km. The French are asked when it is planned to invade Normandy and Brittany. The King immediately ahowa his interest on the Sciences and Philosophy and it's the first sovereign to establish Burgundian as one of the official languages (l'langue d'bourgogne?). Some Bavarian merchants form the Burgundian Bank set in Dijon, and begin spreading throughout the kingdom and to some regions of Eastern France. It's quite late, but Eastern Cuba and Eastern Hispaniola should either be Burgundian or Dutch because there were Milanese colonies over there bought. Same with the African colony. * The Mayan Empire expands the economy. Upper class children continue attending school. Flax and tobacco crops continue to be grown, and linen continues to be produced in Mutul. Xaman and Haven expand 2100 km each.
* The Spetsnaz is flawless in the massacre of the Smolenskian King's family. Since there is no heir to the throne, The Russian Tsar claims it, and, as a consequence, even if there is some resentment, many believe it to be a necessary evil to stop rampant anarchy that comes with regular (as in, unplanned) interregna...it also helped that he rode into town with about a small 20 000 strong armed force. There is a great celebration in Russia, as the Tsar now has one less villainous rebel state accepting of the one true Russian leadership. Plans to invade Sibir are made for next year and the military prepares by training more troops. Russia will come prepared for this war, whether people like it or not... The population booms with the economy and trade with Europe. Also, the colony of Novorossiya reaches a population of 200 000, and expands by 4100 sq km. The Russian economy would also benefit from trade with East Asia... and summer trade routes via the northern ocean of ice (i.e. the northeast passage) are set up, if the Chinese government so chooses... also, cheap (relatively) flintlocks (so cheap, they could possibly count as supplies for the war with Venice if China so chooses. It would weaken one of Russia's main competitors).
* The Kingdom of Lithuania sends an alliance to Novgorod.

* Wettin Lands: The Ducal University (commonly known as Duke's) in Kassel, the Duchy of Hesse, is opened by King/Duke Rupprecht II. The university is welcomed by the academic community who feel that a university outside the Archbishopric of Magdeburg will keep lecture sizes down and give more people the opportunity to learn. The University of Magdeburg is given precedence over Duke's, meaning that the more talented students attend Magdeburg, while the less talented students attend Kassel. Professors are hired, and students arrive. The armies are also built up.
* Serbia (Holy Orthodox Empire): Continued subjugation of Montenegro. Serbia sends request or an alliance to Lithuania. Increases its military up. Its economy expands around the Venetian influence, something that benefits them greatly. Next year it's expected for Serbia to mobilize its troops to conquer Bosnia.

Education for Greek, Arabic and Aramaic continues to be enforced, and cotton and sugar industries grow. A new university begins to be built in Latakia, as well as another one on Aleppo.

Industry develops, and ammunition begins to be made much quicker by using more people in more specialised roles. The Eastern Renaissance continues, and experiments using coal to build up steam and power machines gives a few results. Coal makes steam boil much faster than wood, and uses less of it at the same time. The SOC continues to increase trading in the South Eastern areas, and Negara Daha is vassalised this year. The country sees the attention of Mataram. The Raja's measures, and the growing of the seeds in certain drier areas given to them by the Ethiopians have helped Orissa get Khandesh out of the famine. Khandesh is completely subjugated this year and the Orissans pump in propaganda to make the Khandeshi believe that due to their actions, hundreds of thousands of people have been saved (which, TBH, is true). The nation does not object for now, as food flows back to the populace. Many roads begin to be constructed in the country to bring it up to spec with the rest of the road network. Some cotton crops are grown this year, with better harvests. Naya Mataram grows 1000 km, expanding southward toward the native state on the island. The war against the Maori is successful and the army takes the coastal regions of the island, fighting back the Maori. In Bihar, many schools open and roads are completed.
* Godavari sees more economic trade and small industrialisation which sees printing presses made occurring within its borders. The returning army helps train new recruits. All fields also grow food crops, and surpluses are either stored or given to Khandesh as aid. It sends aid against Maori.
* Orissan Rajputs see the roads constructed bringing in traders. Schools completed have many students from rich families studying. It sends aid against the Maori.
* Mataram's business companies grow, and revenue is pumped into the education of noble children along with the economy. Army is made better, and the country gears up for war. Schooling begins to extend to the less rich. After Negara Daha is vassalised, many merchants move to the country to earn money. The government of the country comes under the influence of Mataram, rather than Orissa. It sends aid against the Maori.
* The Bank of Amsterdam continues to open trading to other nations. The King offers the Bavarians a small slice of their coast which has been slightly troublesome to keep because it is more German. Germanic Church priests begins to convert people in the south, along with preaching unity of the federation as one. Trading begins to grow again, as the Dutch are natural traders. They send some men against the Maori too, to help get its army back in shape.
