General Booms is silly overpowered NPC you find doing battle with Brainiac's robogoons. If you are a Hero I have one thing to say. STAY VERY CLEAR of it. Flying around looking at the sights and collecting loot, General Booms will one shot you on a low HP DPS even out ranking it 20 to it's 6! It will 2 or 3 shot you at extreme range. Stay clear unless you are ready for some serious fighting, +15 or not!
