In the midpoint of a group, or as part of daily processing, it can be useful to get feedback on how things are going from the perspective of the participants. Prompt the group for comments by raised hands, or by anonymous slips of paper to encourage more honesty. You may have the participants each write 6 comments: 3 pluses and 3 deltas (or things they'd like to see changed or improved). Then, read aloud to the group and discuss each statement as much as is necessary.
