The Force Power called Cloud Intentions was an extremely rare Force technique, known to only very few Force-users. In 17 ABY, the only known user was the Sith Lord Darth Kabal. The technique neutralised all precognitive Force techniques, whether Battle Precognition, Sphere of Influence, or other similar techniques. It also prevented Force-users from outside the area of effect from peeking in, and prevented anyone within the area of effect from being affected by Battle Meditation, positively or negatively. It also had an adverse effect on the use of Farseeing if used near someone using that particular technique.

It also had an adverse effect on the use of Farseeing if used near someone using that particular technique. Unfortunately, it cancelled these techniques for everyone within the area of effect, making sure that anyone who willingly used this technique was extremely confident about their abilities in battle. When used, it felt like a blanket had been dropped upon the area of effect, simply blinding the senses that allowed precognition.
