Hollywood Boulevard is a 1976 film directed by Allan Arkush and Joe Dante, it is the feature film directorial debut of both directors. This film stars Candice Rialson as an aspiring actress who has just arrived in Los Angeles, and was made as a result of a bet between Jon Davison and Roger Corman to make the cheapest ever film for New World Pictures. This was accomplished by extensive use of footage from other New World films.

It serves as the park's main entrance and is lined with venues selling Disney merchandise. Parades such as the Pixar Block Party Bash travel down Hollywood Boulevard on their route through the park, and live street entertainment can be found here throughout the day. At the far end of Hollywood Boulevard stands a replica of the Grauman Chinese Theater, inside it is The Great Movie Ride, a dark ride which pays homage to several classic films, including Casablanca, The Wizard of Oz and Raiders of the Lost Ark. The Sorcerer's Hat used to be at the end of Hollywood Boulevard and the park's icon, but it was removed on January 7th, 2015.
